We do not collect application fees prior to showing the home. If you love it and decide to move forward, our homes are offered on a first come, first serve basis.

We proudly offer a Second Chance Program and work with all types of credit. Our approvals are primarily based on:

• Verifiable income
• At least 3 months of consistent employment/income
• Positive rental history

We understand that every situation is different, and we offer flexible options to do our very best to help you get preapproved and answer any questions along the way.

Pet Policy:
• Dogs under 25 lbs: $50 one-time registration fee + $100 monthly pet fee
• Cats: $50 one-time registration fee + $50 monthly pet fee
